Subscription Management

Manage your LKG for Billing subscription, view usage, choose plans, and track billing history.

Overview

The Subscription module helps you:

  • View current subscription status and plan details
  • Monitor usage limits and quotas
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Manage trial periods
  • Track billing history and payments

Accessing Subscription

Navigate to Subscription from the main menu to access:

  • Dashboard: Overview of your subscription status
  • Plans: Browse and select subscription plans
  • Usage: Monitor resource usage and limits
  • Billing History: View past payments and invoices

The dashboard provides a quick overview of:

Current Plan

  • Plan name (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Plan features and limits
  • Subscription status (Active, Trial, Expired, Cancelled)
  • Renewal date

  • Customers added vs. limit
  • Products created vs. limit
  • Storage used vs. limit

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to SubscriptionPlans
  2. Select desired plan
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm upgrade

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to SubscriptionDashboard
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm downgrade (takes effect next billing cycle)

Payment Methods

Supported payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking
  • International Cards (for global customers)

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SubscriptionDashboard
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card/payment details
  4. Save changes

Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same date each month
  • Prorated charges for mid-cycle upgrades
  • No long-term commitment

Usage Limits and Overages

When You Reach Limits

  • System prevents creating new items
  • Notification sent to upgrade
  • Existing data remains accessible
  • No additional charges

Soft Limits

  • Soft Limits: Warning notifications

Best Practices

Do:

  • Monitor usage regularly
  • Upgrade before hitting limits
  • Keep payment method updated
  • Download invoices for records
  • Review plan features annually

Don't:

  • Wait until limit is reached to upgrade
  • Ignore usage warnings
  • Let payment method expire
  • Cancel mid-billing cycle (no refund)

Common Questions

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Data is retained, but you may lose access to features until you upgrade again.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?

No refunds for partial months. Access continues until period end.

Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

Yes, reactivate anytime by selecting a paid plan.
